CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced  that  the Senate  Judiciary  Committee                                                            
adopted a committee substitute for HCR 17.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS  moved to calendar SCS  CSHCR 17(JUD)-SALE  OF NATURAL                                                        
GAS TO  POWER DATA CENTERS.   There being  no objection, the  motion                                                        
carried.
